a safe haven for girls in their becoming, a welcoming place to better understand themselves as they grow onward from childhood to the threshold of adolescence, from child to maiden
The Longing…
that our young girls be held to unfold into the naturally wise, magical, and powerful humans they are.
May they be held in a loving, supportive, and intentional space:
- A circle where they can return to their bodies and honor their gifts and changes
- A circle held by a nature based Journey Through the Elements curriculum
- A circle that meets them through stories, songs, crafts, games, ancestral skills, nature connection, council, movement & dance
- A circle to help better understand themselves, their friends, and their place in the world
- A circle with depth & authenticity, imbued with beauty, ceremony & ritual
May they learn to move through the world with confidence, grace, strength, ease, wisdom, understanding, and connection.

5th Grade Girls Group
Journey Through the Elements
In this group we will journey through the elements of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire, to learn about ourselves and the world around us. This is a 1 year commitment that culminates in an elemental challenge (rite of passage) and an honoring ceremony to mark and bless the transition from childhood into maidenhood with family and community to witness.
Who: 5th Grade Girls
When: Wednesdays, 3:30-5:50
2 BLOCKS:
Fall + Spring + 1 Parent Circle
Where: Marin Waldorf School in San Rafael
Investment (per block):
Base Tier: $995
Share the Love Tier: $1,295
Space is limited to 10 girls to keep our circle intimate. Scholarships are available to those in need.
6th & 7th Grade Girls Group
Moon Maidens
This group will follow a curriculum inspired by the Journey Through the Elements and beyond to meet the needs of the girls. This is a 1 year commitment.
Who: 6th & 7th Grade Girls
When: Sundays, once per month Sept - May
9 gatherings + 1 Parent Circle
Where: Private Residence in Central San Rafael
Investment (for the whole year):
Base Tier: $895

Hi, I'm Miranda
An educator of over 16 years, and a single mother of 13 years, I am so excited to take on the role of Village Auntie and have the honor to guide and shepherd young girls on their journey. Being a girl or a woman has always had it's gifts and challenges. I am so grateful to be walking on the path of womanhood, continually wading in the waters of self discovery, rooting deeply in myself, connecting with other wise women around me, and so ready to weave the most loving basket around the girls growing up in these modern times.
